“Richard Masters (head of Premier League) says the hearing into Manchester City’s 115 charges will take place in the “near future”. The closest he has come to indicating a date”.

This is reported by journalist Ben Rumsby from The Telegraph on Twitter. Transition expert Fabrizio Romano also reports the same.

– We cannot comment on the case, but the date is clear, says Masters – without revealing the date – according to several reporters.

The Premier League opened its investigation into Manchester City in 2018. Both the Premier League and the club have been very reticent to make statements about developments in the case.

  • Seasons 2009/10 to 2012/13 – rules requiring full details of manager’s remuneration.
