Over 100 videos of US soldiers masturbating in Guam were uploaded to the porn site. The soldiers had been surreptitiously filmed through peepholes in the toilet walls.
Over 100 videos of service members stationed at the US Naval Base Guam were uploaded to porn website Pornhub, where the videos remained for about one week in January 2020.
The US Navy is investigating how someone may have managed to upload more than 100 videos, without the soldiers’ consent, from the base’s ships and facilities, according to newly made available court documents.
The Pacific Daily News first reported the case.
“Many of the videos — which included audio — appeared to show various U.S. military personnel masturbating in public restrooms to pornographic material on electronic devices,” according to a search warrant filed in federal court in Guam.
The victims were filmed through hidden peepholes above, below or in the walls of toilets on the base, were taken without their knowledge.
Most of the videos appeared to have been recorded aboard U.S. Navy vessels and in the men’s restroom at Naval Base Guam’s Liberty Center, according to the search warrant.

Others appear to have been recorded at an unknown “hostel” and appear to show civilians, it says. Some of the people in the videos were in uniform and identifiable.
The videos are said to have been uploaded by the user “playguy148”, and several of those filmed had their surnames and degrees attached to the titles. No one has yet been arrested or charged in the case, the website continues.
The perpetrator can risk between one and five years in prison, for voyeurism and illegal interception of communications, respectively.
Pornhub is in the world’s 15th most visited website, and is the second most used porn site globally after XVideos.
