Key role in robust company with ambitious international growth plans

TP-Products is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and develop the company’s finance function through the process of international commercialization and continued growth. You support the CEO in the strategy work as well as in the development of robust business models for continued growth in various markets, also within the renewables segment. You are also responsible for investor relations, including in relation to the company’s capitalization processes.

You will be part of the senior management and report to the CEO.

Some main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Goal management, budgeting and follow-up reporting
• Financing, investments and optimization of working capital
• Capitalizations and investor relations
• Project accounting
• Financial reporting, modelling, planning and forecasting, cash flow management and risk assessments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks and capital markets
• Assistance in developing the brand’s reputation with relevant external stakeholders

Wanted qualifications:

• MSc/MBA in finance or other relevant subject areas
• Experience as CFO, senior controller or from other similar roles with a high degree of responsibility and independence
• Experience in strategic planning and business strategy development
• Experience from international business
