The last of three Destiny 2: Into the Light developer streams from Bungie took place last night, and during it the Destiny creator revealed the latest additional content additions they have planned for the free game update starting next week.

As well as adding the horde-like mode, various returning top weapons and new cosmetics, Bungie has revealed that the beloved Exotic weapon missions are returning.

Players will be able to run through Whisper of the Worm again, in addition to Zero Hour, to obtain the Exotic Heavy sniper rifle and the Exotic Kinetic pulse rifle Outbreak Prime. Both of these quests have been adjusted to fit the current power level of the Guardians, include more chests and secrets to hunt, and will feature slightly different bosses or combat missions. Whisper arrives when Into the Light launches on April 9, while Zero Hour launches in May.

Speaking of May, the new PvP Map Pack will also arrive. It will feature three new maps, including Eventide Labs from Europe, Cirrus Plaza from Neomuna and Essence from Pyramid Ship. You will be able to check out these new maps in a separate playlist for new maps.

Otherwise, Bungie noted that Into the Light will give you options to adjust your character’s appearance and name, and will even give you some other interesting features, such as the ability to skip the New Light campaign, and even play through a raid boss gauntlet mode from April 30. You can expect more information about the latter mode in the coming weeks.
