After the draw against Burnley on Saturday, there was no longer any theoretical chance for United to qualify for the Champions League.

Something that could potentially make a possible sale of Rashford and several of the other stars difficult is the high salaries. Even though due to the lack of the Champions League there will be a 25% pay cut for the vast majority of the squad.
However, it will not be all the players United will listen to bids for. In the case of the Telegraph, the players who represent what will be the future of United in Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Højlund are mentioned as the only ones United will not be willing to sell at any price because they are seen as central to the quest for a comeback United once again.
