The girlfriend responds live after the shock of infidelity

It was during a Champions League broadcast with CBS that former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher delivered an attempt at a joke that has subsequently received a lot of attention.

Presenter Kate Abdo and Jamie Carragher had the following exchange when talking about wearing an Arsenal kit on air (see video at the top of this article):

Abdo:

– No, I’m loyal. I am loyal.

Carragher:

– Against whom?

Abdo:

– Manchester United. Thank you.

Carragher:

– Not to Malik.

Abdo:

– What? Why do you say that?

The slaughter

Malik Scott is Abdo’s boyfriend, and the whole session created a special atmosphere in the studio.

Ex-players Thierry Henry and Micah Richards were also in place, and Carragher quickly realized that he had stepped in the famous salad.

The reactions were not long in coming, and in social media Carragher was slaughtered for the message, which suggested that Abdo was unfaithful to his girlfriend.

– Bothered me

Now Malik Scott, who is a former boxer, has himself taken the blade from his mouth in an interview with Lord Ping.

– It was a small thing, but the fact that she was annoyed by it was what really bothered me. That he, who is the guy who always reports a little, was the one who said it, was no problem for me at all. It will be a big deal if Kate gets upset, says Malik and continues:

– If Kate gets upset it means a lot to me, and then I call him, and if he doesn’t pick up the phone, I show up physically so we can talk like men, so it’s not something you should keep doing. But I think Jamie apologized, not just to Kate, but to the team, and something you can’t do is beat a man who has admitted wrongdoing. In light of that, I have great respect for him.

Kate Abdo likes to keep her privacy private, but posted a photo on Instagram of herself embracing her boyfriend shortly after the incident.

Malik also says that he has plans to marry her.
