British intelligence with horror report on Russian casualty figures

The Kremlin regime does not seem to let high casualty figures slow down the offensive along the 1,000 kilometer long front line.

While Russian soldiers, and mercenaries from a number of countries, are falling in large numbers on the battlefield, Vladimir Putin continues to send new soldiers to the front.

Western intelligence follows the fighting closely and bases its estimates on various sources, both Russian and Ukrainian sources, in addition to its own calculations and intelligence methods.

The highest estimate to date

Now the British Ministry of Defense publishes the latest estimates of Russian losses, writes the UK Defense Journal.

The new, updated figures conclude that Russia has lost around 450,000 soldiers. These are either killed or so badly wounded that they can no longer be used in war.

This is the highest number that Western intelligence has so far come up with. Previous estimates from the US have been around half of this.

10,000 armored vehicles destroyed

In addition to close to half a million fallen and wounded Russian soldiers, the material losses must be enormous. In total, more than 10,000 armored vehicles, of which thousands are tanks, are said to have been destroyed by Ukrainian forces.

Putin continues to mobilize

The total Russian losses are estimated to be 465,054 soldiers, 7,268 tanks, 13,971 armored vehicles, 11,905 artillery systems, 1,049 multiple launch rocket systems, 775 air defense systems, 348 aircraft, 325 helicopters, 9,485 strategic and tactical drones, 2,124 cruise missiles, 26 ships and boats , 1 submarine, 16,019 vehicles and tankers, 1,968 special vehicles and other equipment.
