Trine (34) killed in Oslo:

– Based on findings at the scene, the accused’s explanation and the preliminary autopsy report, we assume that the murder weapon is a knife. She was stabbed and died from it, says police attorney Anne Cathrine Aga to Dagbladet.

The man in his late 20s, who is accused of killing her, was remanded in custody for four weeks on Tuesday. He has pleaded guilty.

– The accused has explained himself about the murder itself, and so far it is consistent with what we can see from the scene and the preliminary autopsy report, says Aga.
