Dozens of young people may have been involved.

At 19.23 the police received a report about a youth gang that had entered a disused building in Sandslimarka.
– When the police arrived, people ran in all directions. There is a burnt smell at the site, and several powder apparatus inside the building have been emptied, the police write on X.
Control of five
The police state that they have control over five young people.
The police inform BT that the first report to them said that approximately 30 young people were in the building.
– When the patrol arrived, they saw 12-15 young people who disappeared in all directions, says operations manager Knut Dahl-Michelsen in the West police district.
Expelled
The five young people the police were able to control are boys in their early teens.
– They have been expelled from the place. We have been in contact with parents, and will contact the home owner, says Dahl-Michelsen.
The police moved out with two patrols. The fire brigade also moved out with several vehicles.
– There was a burning smell in the building, but there is no fire there.
The building is at Sandslimarka 260. In recent years, BT has written several cases about the decommissioned commercial building.
Damage worth millions
On 1 June 2021, BT wrote that damage had been done to the building.
– Many millions of kroner worth of damage has been done here, said Torstein Hågensen-Drønen, development director at Axer Eiendom.
The office building had been rented out until then, but has been empty in recent years. Axer Eiendom has applied for rezoning for residential purposes, which BT mentioned in 2018.
The police have previously told BT that they have reason to believe that several groups of unauthorized persons may have entered the building. Witnesses have seen everything from drug-addicted adults to young people as young as 14 at the building.
Also in April 2022, BT wrote that young people had been inside the building.
