New IMDi report: Ethnic diversity in working life

IMDi launches its latest report: “Ethnic diversity and inclusion in working life – Indicators, status and trends” on Thursday 4 April at Sentralen in Oslo. The event will also be streamed.

The report sheds light on key indicators and is a future framework for measuring trends in ethnic diversity and inclusion in working life. The report identifies challenges and opportunities that exist in today’s labor market, with a detailed analysis of inclusion and equal opportunities for people with an immigrant background.

IMDi director Libe Rieber-Mohn will be present. A representative from IMDi’s youth panel will give a presentation on the report’s main findings. Director of the labor life department at NHO and Trude Tinnlund from LO will take part in a panel discussion.

Time: 04.04, at 08.30-10.00.
Location: Sentralen, Øvre Slottsgate.
