– We have been lucky with this start in April, yes.
This is what meteorologist on duty Ingri Halland Soldal tells BA.
The Easter holidays end with what can almost be called May weather: sun, little wind and good temperatures. In fact the highest temperatures so far this year.
– The hottest day so far was 29 March, when it was 13.3 degrees in Bergen. Today it is likely to be around 15 degrees, says Soldal.
And in the sun wall it can feel even warmer. But remember to protect yourself from the dangerous rays.
– It is not a very high UV index, it is at level 2, but I would wear sunscreen if you are going to be outside.

Sun for two days, but then…
The fine weather does not disappear as soon as everyday life returns, but sun-hungry Bergens must (as always) know their visiting time.

A new low pressure will arrive on Wednesday and bring rain and considerably lower temperatures.
– It seems that it will be between five and seven degrees, so there will be a good drop there.
Gray week ahead
Going forward, there isn’t much sunshine to be seen either. The rest of the week looks set to remain grey.
– What about the first home game of the year at the Stadium on Sunday? Will it also be a wet affair?
– Yes.

– Yes, so the long-term forecast is always somewhat uncertain, but it seems that there could be between 15-20 mm on Sunday, says Soldal.
