Nicole Kidman shows off her daughters for the first time:

The daughters made their debut on the red carpet to support their mother when she received the honorary award.

On Saturday, the stage was set for the American Film Institute Life Achievement Award Gala in Hollywood. And it was Big Little Lies actress Nicole Kidman (56) who received the prestigious award.

Maryl Streep presented the award by honoring Kidman as an actress.

But that’s not enough – Kidman also brought her daughters Sunday Rose (15) and Faith Margaret (13) to the award ceremony. They also brought their niece Sybella Hawley (17).

The daughters, who have never appeared on a red carpet, were also honored in their mother’s acceptance speech:

– There is the love in my life, and the loves in my life. My daughters have never been seen in public with me on a red carpet before. Tonight, Sunday and Faith are here, Kidman said, according to Fox News.

Supporting players

The actor told People newspaper the two daughters were there to support during the weekend’s event.

– I think they will start their own careers now.

– They are here to support me. They are very, very supportive and loving,” she added.

She has Sunday and Faith with the artist Keith Urban. Kidman also has two older children, whom she adopted with Tom Cruise. She has previously stated that she has no contact with the latter two.

– They are adults and make their own choices. For me, it’s about unconditional love, she said in an interview with VG in 2019.

At the same time, Kidman stated that she was concerned that her health was not sufficient to care for the youngest daughters:

– I am an elderly mother, so I am very concerned about time and how precious it is. I am 51, with a seven-year-old and a ten-year-old who need their mother. So that’s where my biggest concerns lie. That I can stay healthy and strong and take care of the children.

Kidman has, among other things, been relevant in Big Little Lies, Eyes Wide Shut and Moulin Rouge.
