The new Netflix series “Together: Treble winners” follows Manchester City’s historic treble season, in which the club won the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Champions League.
Erling Braut Haaland, who set a new scoring record in the Premier League with 35 goals, has a central role in the series.

The series also gives an insight into manager Pep Guardiola’s energetic speeches to the players, before, during and after the matches.
Furious Guardiola
After the 0-2 loss against Southampton in the league cup last year, you can see an angry Guardiola, who questions the players’ hunger.
The Spaniard wanders into the away dressing room at St. Mary’s with his hands in his pockets and tells his players:
– Get an explanation today. Tell me. Do you think this performance is normal? The problem is that when something happens, everyone hangs their heads. Nobody does anything. Do you think this is normal for those who travel here to see us? They don’t have money to pay for heating at home. They come here, then we play like this. Wow! says Guardiola.
– My team doesn’t play like that. Then we’re in trouble. I don’t accept it, says Guardiola and waves his index finger.

Guardiola’s tirade has made headlines in several of the biggest British tabloid newspapers on Tuesday morning.
– Sport and life are body language, how you attack life, the game. This is body language, Guardiola continues, bowing his head.
– You are not hungry
The City coach is calling for a better attitude from the players after the league cup exit.
– Yes, we started badly, and that can happen, but how do you react with 80 minutes left to play. They score a goal and then another. No one is here, no one is there. Do you want the ball? Will you move, fight and be there for each other as brothers? Down to earth, boys. Work harder and better, be humble and ambitious. If not, the academy is ready.
He makes it clear that the performances must improve significantly before the club gets ready for the Manchester derby a few days later.
– At 12.30 in less than two and a half days we will go to Old Trafford. They’ve been waiting ten years to kill us. Are you prepared? Because they have something you have shown me today that you lack. They are hungry, they are very hungry. It’s not us. Today you have shown me, the young and the old, that you do not want that. You are not hungry, and you must find that again.
Manchester United ended up winning the derby 2-1 and thus gained revenge for City’s 6-3 win at the Etihad earlier that season.
