08.15: Hannibal Mejbri is expected to return to Manchester United this summer, writes the Manchester Evening News. Sevilla have the option of signing the Tunisian permanently for £17m when his loan deal expires, but with less than 90 minutes played across four games, there is little to suggest he will remain at the La Liga club.
08.10: The stopper talent Leny Yoro is among those who have been linked to Manchester United, and the 18-year-old has reportedly decided not to extend his contract with Lille, which now expires in 2025. However, United will probably have a tough fight for his signature.

11.45am: Benfica’s 19-year-old midfielder, João Neves, should have been on United’s radar for quite some time, but United can expect a battle for the shooting star’s signature, according to Portuguese website O Jogo (reported by Sport Witness).
Neves will have a buyout clause of 120 million euros, but that will not scare either United, Chelsea or Liverpool, who have also thrown themselves into the battle for the 19-year-old. Bayern Munich and PSG are also said to be interested in Neves.

Manchester City have also shown an interest in Frimpong. United’s scouts are said to have seen Frimpong in action several times this season where the Dutchman has impressed for a Leverkusen side that are well on their way to winning the league title in Germany
