MOLDE – STRØMSGODSET 4–0:

Erling Moe’s men seriously showed that they are ready to take part in the gold medal this year with the show of force against Strømsgodset.

Eirik Hestad gave the home team a dream opening after 24 minutes, before Markus Kaasa doubled the lead from the penalty spot just after the break.

Kristian Eriksen made it 3-0 in the quarter before the end, before substitute Magnus Wolff Eikrem elegantly made it 4-0 in overtime.

But despite the offensive party football, Erling Moe will probably be a worried man going forward, as star striker Fredrik Gulbrandsen had to leave the pitch with what appeared to be a groin strain even before half an hour had been played.
