In January, Byggmix on Randaberg closed its doors and a central premises became vacant. Since then, the premises have been empty, but the owners are in contact with interested parties.
– We have had dialogue with several, but nothing concreteLeif Terje Hegreberg, director of property at Coop Sørvest SA, could say on Wednesday this week.
Also earlier this year, he has told of interest, but that it has not led to any concrete agreement.
– These areas are basically shop premises and are therefore best suited for trade, but we may be open to adapting the areas to other types of tenants that are within the current purpose if an alternative should arise, he said earlier this year.

One of the owners, Kjersti Lundbakk Flatebø, said that they received many inquiries in connection with the vacant center premises. After a short time, the premises were taken off the market and are now marked as let on Finn. The owners of the building will not yet reveal who will move into the shop premises.
In this premises there has been a health food shop with different drivers for a total of 25 years. Now it can become something completely new. It has also been a bicycle shop and a social security office, so the premises can suit most things.
