CHRISTIAN SPIRIT: – We have launched the search in the hope of getting tips and relevant information about what has happened to the woman or where she is, says Maren Sundberg Fidjeland, police attorney at the Agder police district, to Fædrelandsvennen.
– Our problem is a lack of information, she points out.
On Friday, the Agder police district called for a 27-year-old woman, who was last seen in Kirsten Flagstad’s road in Vågsbygd in Kristiansand on April 5 at around 18.20.
The woman, who is originally from Iraq, is between 165 and 168 centimeters tall.
She has brown eyes and dark hair. The hair is shaved shorter in the front and back. The 27-year-old has tattoos on her hands and neck, and she uses a lot of make-up, including eye make-up.
The missing person was dressed in dark clothes when last observed. She had a half-length winter jacket, black trousers and dark shoes.
The search has not yet resulted in any tips to the police.

It was a person close to the woman who reported her missing, according to Fidjeland.
– We received the missing person report on Monday 8 April, she says.
– What has the police done after this?
– We have carried out various investigations into the matter. Among other things, a search has been made near the woman’s residence. Various interrogations have been carried out, and various electronic traces have been collected. So far, none of this has led us to the missing person.

– Yes, there are simply few signs of life after the last safe observation on 5 April.
Fidjeland emphasizes that the police are investigating a missing persons case. As there are no concrete indications that something criminal has occurred, an investigation has therefore not been opened as if the case were a criminal case.
– What we do next depends on what tips and information we receive. This is currently an investigation case, where we are investigating what has happened, explains the police attorney.
