Fridalen School: – The school demolished:

– It doesn’t look like it. There is cocoa, sour cream, cooking oil, mustard, mackerel in tomato and a lot of egg everywhere.

This is what principal Harald Borge at Fridalen primary school tells Dagbladet about the sight that met him on Monday morning.

– I think it’s so sad. They rampaged so violently. I simply have no words, says Borge.

– Not control

At 06:00 on Monday morning, the police were notified of a break-in at Fridalen School in Bergen.

– It probably happened during the night. It is unclear if anything was stolen. But there has been quite a bit of clutter, so there is probably something to clean up, says station manager Lars Morten Lothe at Bergen city center police station to BT.

Principal Borge tells Dagbladet that there have probably been some children who have broken open a window, and unlocked it from the inside in order to then let more children in.

– We don’t have complete control over who this is yet. They have been inside several rooms. But it is the staff room and the food and health room that have been worst destroyed, says Borge.

He explains that the food and health room must be closed for the rest of the week, because the cleaning work is so demanding.

Twindows, ventilators, ovens and all other surfaces are covered in grime. It looks absolutely terrible, says Borge.

Large parts of Monday have thus been spent doing laundry at Fridalen school.

– All the cleaners have been working hard to clean up the staff room. We have all contributed as best we can, says Borge to Dagbladet.

– Incredibly sad

Borge says that he finds it incredibly sad that all this food has been wasted. And that today there were many sad children who didn’t get to say sjokomelka.

– Chocolate milk is very popular among children. About 50-60 pieces are missing, which have probably been stolen, says the headmaster.

The headmaster says that he is in dialogue with the police, and that a case has been opened. He has also sent out a message to all parents.

– I get so upset. Do we have to stop chocolate milk? We can’t do that, the headmaster asks himself.

About the flirting: – So handsome

– Collected bags of evidence

He says that today he has spoken to several of the children who think the incident is terribly sad.

– The first step has collected bags of evidence which I have given to the police, Borge explains.

He adds that he admires the teachers at the school, who have done everything they can to turn the incident into something positive.

– The students have had the chance to try themselves as detectives. They have also worked with single and double consonants in the word egg. There has been a lot of good learning, says Borge.
