Through machine learning and our own scoring models, as well as significant development in AI, we ensure an efficient debt collection process with digital, user-friendly solutions for both customers and end users. Using automated routines, comprehensive reporting tools and integrations, Sergel offers a transparent and efficient process where the customer gets access to data and key information in real time. Our open customer service API is designed so that the customer can retrieve real-time information about a debt collection case via their own desktops,” says Johan Anrog, Nordic Bid Manager Sergel.

Sergel’s open customer service API has been used, among other things, to reduce operating costs and simplify the process for one of our Nordic customers. “We created an integration between our customer web interface (Sergel Online) and the customer’s own interfaces. The integration meant that the customer gained access to Sergel Online without having to log in via our web interface first. The result was a simplified process where over 300 users save time by not having to log in via the web interface to reach Sergel Online. The new simplified login process resulted in significant time savings for Sergel’s customer and is an example of how we deliver an “Effortless Experience,” says Johan Anrog in conclusion.
