The event at Betania Moster is welcomed by Visjon Norge’s leader Jan Hanvold. The TV broadcast from here lasts from 2 to 5 p.m., but the folk festival itself (without TV) starts with a ceremony at Moster old church at 13.

The speakers and appeals on this day will be more. The entire project is organized by the newspaper Norge IDAG, which is a close ally of Visjon Norge. The newspaper’s longtime editor, Finn Jarle Sæle, will be one of the speakers. He has the title of his post: “We will still turn to the east and pray to the White Christ”. Evangelist Harald Mydland will also speak and his headline is “The Inheritance from Jerusalem”. Mydland says this to Norway TODAY when it comes to Christianity’s foothold in our country over 1,000 years.

Mydland: – That’s why I’m joining
– This applies to our entire society. And that applies to you and me who live in the middle of the land of blessings, Norway. But we must take care of this good, which is the basis for all our other goods. A celebration at Moster, a thousand-year anniversary, is very special. That’s why I’m in. It can usher in a year of thanksgiving around the country for the Christian heritage, the most valuable thing we have, says evangelist and Saron Dals historian Harald Mydland.
Sissi and Johannes Kringlebotn, the singing couple are in place and have given their participation the following title: “Meet the king and queen and hear what the thing at Moster meant for the country and people”. Professor Torgrim Titlestad will speak about “1,000 years of Christian law” and there will also be appeals by Anita Apelthun Sæle and Trine Overå Hansen from Norway Today, Frank Søgård and Grete Tangen Olsen. The “Mission Command” provides singing and music.
