Hav Eiendom is selling its 50 per cent stake in the building, which has a property value of NOK 3 billion.
Hav Eiendom and Thon Gruppen have collaborated since 2013 to develop, build, own and operate the Diagonale project in Bjørvika. There is a significant property transaction that is now taking place, with a total property value of NOK 3 billion.

The property at Dronning Eufemiasgate 11 consists of two buildings with a total of 41,700 square meters and currently houses a number of central businesses such as TV2, Vinmonopolet, Ræder and Vipps, as well as 308 student housing. The building is located between the Opera and Barcode, with Deichmanske Hovedbibliotek as the nearest neighbour.

Lund Hagem Arkitekter and Atelier Oslo designed the Diagonale project. Diagonale became part of the winning project of the “Deichman axis competition”, which also included the location of the new Deichman Bjørvika.
The plot was originally owned by Hav Eiendom AS. After a bidding round, 50 per cent of the project was sold to Olav Thon Gruppen in 2013. Ownership has been organized through the company A9 Palekaia AS where Thongård AS, a subsidiary of Olav Thon Gruppen and Hav Eiendom have each held 50 per cent.
