– I have spoken very little about men, about how bad or good it is to get divorced, whether I enjoy life as a single person or not.
– Although certain titles may suggest something else, it often reflects something I have said in a subordinate clause, but which I often do not recognize myself in, says the actress Ine Jansen (50) and laughs.
She would prefer to avoid the past and previous relationships, but she is happy to talk about how she feels today.
– I have an interesting job. I’ve got a new boyfriend and I’m very happy with him. It was a fantastically nice meeting – we get on really well together. I feel very well, she states.
Her og Nå meets the actress during the launch of the new crime comedy “Purk” on TV 2. In the series, we get to see Ine in the role of the tough drug investigator Lisa, who struggles with anger management after losing her husband and colleague Jostein.
The twin sons moved out
Things also happen in Ine’s private sphere, but fortunately of a far less dramatic nature.
– With two boys who are on their way out of the nest, I am in a new phase of life, but there is no sadness associated with it, she says and takes a pause before clarifying:
– When the children are small, it is almost unthinkable that one day they will move out – that they will not always be here with me. But I feel that it has been an organic process – it comes to a point where it feels absolutely right that they move. The children are still here, just a little further down the street. And I think that’s good for everyone, says Ine and smiles.
The twin sons’ step out into the world has given Ine a new independence.
– You have to try to think of it as a new freedom, not as something being lost. I’m very happy with this new one, and I’m glad I’m not sitting at home and being bored.

Wife of Thomas Giertsen
The 50-year-old has played a number of major roles in film, TV and theatre. She is perhaps best known as the wife of Thomas Giertsen in the TVNorge series “Helt perfekt”.
In “Purk”, Ine plays closely with the comedian Jonis Josef (32), who plays the drug dealer Shirouh.
– I have become very fond of Jonis. I think it was wonderful to work with him. We have slightly different approaches to things, so I learned a lot from him. And he might learn something from me too.
Discovery
The 50-year-old thinks it was fun to play against someone who has a different foundation to her.
– It is nice to work with someone who comes from a different starting point. Jonis is incredibly used to the stage, he is good with lyrics and he is absolutely fantastic at timing, she says happily.

Playing in “Purk”
For Jonis Josef, it was similarly instructive to play opposite Ine in his first major role as an actor.
– Ine is very straightforward, but at the same time demanding to work with. She expects professionalism from those around her. She is not satisfied if she has done well, while everyone else did badly. Ine blew me away with how skilled she is, says Jonis.

Sometimes he could get frustrated by what he describes as Ine’s perfectionism.
– I remember a take where I thought “this was perfect”, but then Ine said we had to do it again. She had held the cup wrong. The character was not supposed to hold the cup like that, but like that, says Jonis and demonstrates with a cup that is on the table.
