Taylor Swift (34) is the only artist who has become a dollar billionaire based solely on her own music and performances.

For the first time, Swift is included on Forbes’ annual billionaire list, despite already being declared a dollar billionaire in October.
According to Forbes, Swift has an estimated fortune of $1.1 billion. Much of the fortune comes from her ongoing “Eras Tour,” which has already grossed over $1 billion in 60 concerts.
In May, she will perform in the neighboring country, Sweden.

In addition to income from the tour, much of the wealth comes from music rights. Swift owns much of her music catalog even after re-recording several of her albums.
Swift’s next album “The Tortured Poets Department” will be released on April 19.
In addition to her income from music, she has made investments in real estate and owns homes in New York, Rhode Island, Nashville and Beverly Hills.
Other artists on the billionaire list are Jay-Z and Rihanna, but they also have other sources of income, writes Forbes.
The attention surrounding Swift was particularly great last year, and she was named Person of the Year by Time Magazine.

In addition, Swift and her new boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce (34), have made many headlines around the world after they were spotted together for the first time in September.
