Donald Trump claims that immigration has made London and Paris “unrecognizable” after “Europe opened its doors to jihad”.
During a campaign rally in the US state of Wisconsin, Trump told supporters:
– We have seen what happened when Europe opened its doors to jihad. Look at Paris, look at London, they are no longer recognizable.”
– I’m going to get into a lot of trouble with the people in Paris and the people in London, but you know what, that’s the fact. They are no longer recognizable and we cannot let that happen to our country.
– We have incredible culture, tradition. There’s nothing wrong with their culture, their tradition – we can’t let that happen here, and I will never let that happen to the United States,” Trump continued.
– I think it is very, very sad to allow millions and millions of people to come to Europe. I’m looking at cities in Europe and I can be specific if you want. You have a mayor who has done a terrible job in London. He has done a terrible job.
