In the 1990s, Vendela Kirsebom (57) was one of the world’s biggest models, and regularly graced major international magazines such as Sports Illustrated, Elle and Vogue.

At this time she was with the American film producer Jon Peters (78), and the couple lived together in exclusive Beverly Hills in California. But the relationship was not to last – and after five years together the couple broke up.

In a major interview with the weekly magazine Hjemmet, Kirsebom now says that the relationship was anything but a bed of roses, and that Pamela Anderson (56) had a hand in the game.

Got a message from the maid

Kirsebom tells Hjemmet that she noticed something was wrong after she returned from a long modeling assignment, but emphasizes that she did not know about Peters’ sidestep.

– I found out that Pamela had lived with Jon, she had even worn my clothes, says the 57-year-old.

However, it was not the girlfriend who told it.

– It was Jon’s housekeeper who told me. She said she was too fond of me to keep it a secret.

– She just had to tell me about it. I had a very good tone with everyone who worked there, and noticed as soon as I returned that something was wrong. And it was right, she says.

Furthermore, Kirsebom says that she thought it was fun to watch the Netflix documentary about Anderson from 2022, as she was in many of the same places even in that time period.

– I have to admit that it was quite fun. So, not to be deceived, but to see the documentary, she tells Hjemmet.

Reunited decades later

The relationship between Kirsebom and the film producer thus became nothing more than the five years they had together, but Peters, on the other hand, tried to take the relationship with Anderson further.

According to UsWeekly, Peters proposed at one point, but Anderson declined due to the large age difference. In 2019, they were reunited – and the following year they were greatly surprised when it became known that they had married in a secret ceremony.

Twelve days later the relationship was over, and Anderson has later said that they were never married for real.

Kirsebom, on the other hand, has had more luck on the love front, and is today happily married to Petter Pilgaard (44). They found the tone when they took part in “Farmen kendis”.

Previously, she was married to Olaf Thommessen (57), with whom she had two daughters.
