Erling Braut Haaland, through the company Pillage 3, has made a number of transactions on Oslo Børs at the beginning of May.

This appears in E24’s Investor List.

The investment company has recently bought 50,000 shares in the property company Entra, through two deals of equal size. The company’s share price is NOK 103.80 on Tuesday morning.

Haaland’s holdings in Entra are thus worth close to NOK 5.2 million.

The transactions were registered at the beginning of May.

Entra’s largest owner is the Swedish Castellum, which is one of the largest listed property companies in the Nordics.

The Entra share is down around 10 percent so far this year. When the company presented figures for the first quarter in mid-April, it emerged that Entra lost NOK 1.3 billion in the first quarter.

“Looting”

The investment company Pillage 3 was established in 2023, and made its first investment on the stock exchange last autumn.

Erling Braut Haaland’s father Alfie and former England pro Egil Østenstad sit on the board of Pillage 3. Erling Braut Haaland owns the investment company through a company in Luxembourg.

The name plays on “pilage”, or “plundering” in Norwegian, i.e. what the Vikings did in England more than 1,000 years before Haaland started his career on the ball island.

In addition to Entra, Haaland has previously bought shares in, among others, the biotech company Nykode, the Røkke company Akastor and Sparebanken Sør, according to E24’s Investor List.

There may be trades made later that have reduced or increased the stock without it being known. E24’s investor lists include data from the 50 largest trades made in a company every day.

The lists are two days behind and thus do not capture changes that have occurred in these two days. The changes can stem from ordinary purchases or sales, but also from other types of transactions or events.

Sold shipping company shares

It also appears in the investor lists that Haaland has sold out of the car shipping company Höegh Autoliners.

At its peak, Pillage 3 should have owned 200,000 shares in the shipping company back in October 2023. The share price was around NOK 82 per share around the time Haaland bought up. Given that price, Haaland’s investment corresponded to NOK 16.4 million.

Now he only owns 75,000 shares in the company. According to today’s share price, the holding is worth around NOK 8.5 million.

The last recorded sale took place at the beginning of May. He then sold 25,000 shares.

In the first quarter of the year, Höegh Autoliners had a good result, although the car shipping company’s result fell somewhat from the previous year. The Höegh Autoliners share has risen close to 20 percent so far this year.
