Vladimir Putin’s escape plan to South America may have been revealed: Code name “Noah’s Ark”

--

Several analysts have compared Putin to Stalin and the crimes committed against his own people. If he also gets his own people against him, Putin lives dangerously.

After tens of thousands of young Russian soldiers have fallen in the fight for Russia’s “special operation” against the fraternal people in the West, the alarm bells are starting to ring.

The protests simmer beneath the surface even though the Russian regime is trying by all means to keep the opposition on its knees. Strict censorship prevents public criticism. The few who dare to speak out against the war and the president risk long prison terms. Therefore, many have already fled the Russian dictatorship.

– It is not excluded that he will lose the war and lose power

Now Putin’s former speechwriter, Abbas Gallyamov, is making sensational claims about what could be the president’s secret escape plans if the regime disintegrates.

– Putin has a plan to flee to South America if he loses the war in Ukraine. It is not excluded that he will lose the war, lose power and that he will have to evacuate somewhere as soon as possible, says Gallyamov according to Business Insider. The statements must be published on Telegram.

The escape plans are said to have already begun in the spring after the Russian forces were forced to retreat around the capital Kyiv. Even then, the Kremlin is said to have had an inkling of what might be in store.

Later, the Russian forces suffered another embarrassing defeat in Kharkiv after the Ukrainian army launched a violent and unexpected lightning offensive. Then Russian forces were caught off guard and left huge amounts of military material behind.

– Putin first considered a plan to evacuate to China

According to Putin’s former speechwriter, some countries have identified themselves as the most relevant hiding places for Putin. The president’s backup plan is to be codenamed “Noah’s Ark.”

– Putin initially considered a plan to evacuate to China, but later rejected the idea. The Chinese are too self-conscious and despise losers. The escape plans involve fleeing to Venezuela or Argentina, says Abbas Gallyamov. Putin is said to be on good terms with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

If Putin were to choose such an exile, it would mean that he would have to leave the management of Russia to others. The question is whether he also has a plan to return or whether he will then burn all bridges to his home country.

A possible game changer

Putin is said to have an enormous fortune hidden abroad, including large gold reserves. Even if parts of Putin’s funds are frozen, he should be good for billions.

Despite the major setbacks during the invasion of Ukraine, few experts believe that a regime change is imminent any time soon. Although opposition to the war is growing in Russia, soldiers’ mothers are protesting and signature campaigns are taking place on alternative online platforms, Putin is sitting safely for the time being.

According to a new poll, which was not intended for the public, support for the war is in free fall after Putin ordered the mobilization of 300,000 Russians in September. The mobilization order has been referred to as a possible “game changer” internally in Russia as it is very unpopular and will send hundreds of thousands fleeing.

Now it is not only mothers and fathers in the periphery of Russia who bring their sons home in coffins, but also the middle class in large Russian cities.

– I don’t usually retell inside stories

Gallyamov has several times come up with leaks from his time as a speech writer. This time he believes it is more important than ever to tell what he knows from sources close to the center of power in the Kremlin.

– I don’t usually retell inside stories, but today I will make an exception. Firstly, I trust the source too much, and secondly, the information is very strong, writes Gallyamov on Telegram.

Abbas Gallyamov worked in Putin’s speechwriting team from 2000 to 2001, and then from 2008 to 2010. He has been living in exile in Israel since 2018.
