Uthaug will be in the fire as number four in the broadcast. She will perform Natasha Bedingfield’s “Unwritten”. Eirik Zakariassen has chosen a Norwegian classic. He will perform the DumDum Boys song “Splitter pine”. While Zakariassen has Yosef Wolde-Mariam as his mentor, Uthaug gets help from Ina Wroldsen.
Whether the evening ends in agony or euphoria for the two local participants in “The Voice”, it is now entirely up to the viewers to decide. The judges have a say in the team, but no direct influence on the outcome.
Of the eight participants who will be on stage, four will go on to the next live broadcast. The same number will be voted on next Friday.
At the request of the public, Eigersund municipality has also made an attempt to show the evening’s broadcast on the screen in Egersund cultural centre. Unfortunately, that was not possible.
– We would really like to, but TV 2 refused to give us the rights to show the broadcast in cinemas, and of course we have to respect that. We cheer for Eirik and Trine and wish them the best of luck, says a message on the Facebook page of Egersund cultural center.
