FOUR DAYS TO THE END: The Road and Construction 2024 trade fair that is taking place at Lillestrøm is now a powerhouse for the construction industry in Norway. Heavy serves snacks along the way.

Magne has spoken to two of the people at Rogne Industriteknikk AS. The sale of coarse and heavy equipment such as heavy crushers is not decided then and there. Such customer relationships are built over time.

Knut Geir Rogne (69) is a former general manager, now sales manager at Ritas (Rogne Industriteknikk AS). He has passed the baton to his son Stig Rogne (40) who is the general manager.

Ritas has been at Vei og Anlegg for a number of years. Father and son believe it is an important arena to showcase who they are and that they deliver quality and reliability.

– It is important to be in place here. It is precisely here at Vei og Anlegg, if there are any places we have to be. It’s an expected presence and it would have been noticed if we weren’t here.

– What do you define as a success factor for your trade fair participation?

– We simply want to show off some of what we can deliver.

– What is the most important message you convey at the fair?

– As mentioned, it is to show that we exist and who we are. We supply all types of coarse and fine crushers on wheels and belts from Swedish Jonsson, in addition to service and parts.

Swemas produces parts for the aftermarket and also carries out major renovations that Ritas cannot do themselves.

Ritas has an office and parts warehouse at Magnor in Eidskog close to the Swedish border. It is practical in that machines and parts from both Jonsson and Swemas come from Sweden.
