In the roundabout at the exit to Bryn Senter in Oslo, a car has pulled out and is blocking the lane that exits onto Ring 3, the police inform X.
The emergency services are on the scene.
In an update, the police write that there is a car with two people in it, which has driven directly over the median ramp at Bryn center, after it was supposed to turn off from Ring 3.
– The driver ran away from the car, but was caught by the police. The driver is drunk and is being checked by an ambulance, the police say.
