The case is being updated!

NHO Luftfart and the Norwegian Aircraft Technician Organization (NFO) mediated until 22.00 on Thursday evening.

Today, negotiations continue from 10.00.

This will be confirmed by TV 2 on Friday morning.

Just over 9 o’clock, NHO Luftfart is in place at the Ombudsman.

The last few days have been marked by many cancellations from several Norwegian airlines, as a result of the ongoing strike, but on Friday it still appears that traffic is flowing as normal.

Neither SAS, Norwegian nor Widerøe report canceled departures, according to NTB.

Alerts Lockout

The aircraft technicians went on strike last Saturday. 106 technicians have been taken out, and the strike is scheduled to be stepped up this weekend with another 39 aircraft technicians.

In addition, NHO has announced a lockout from Sunday, which means that 450 aircraft technicians from NFO are refused to come to work. This will probably soon lead to the state intervening and canceling the strike with a so-called compulsory wage board. A lockout will also affect the ambulance service in the north, which could potentially lead to danger to life and health.
