Parents with small children know who this guy is – some are even already tired of the song “Badebussen”, which has been playing on repeat both in the car and at home even before the song was used in the cinema in the movie Bukkene Bruse på waterland.

It is DJ MøMø and Kjartan Lauritzen who have created the catchy rap together. The song has been played over 26 million times on Spotify alone.

Kjartan Lauritzen was invited to Fjordfest in 2023 as well. Obviously, this gave the organizers and the audience more pleasure.

In record time, Kjartan Lauritzen has gone from being an almost normal boy from Balestrand in Sogn og Fjordane to becoming the whole of Norway’s new rap superhero, says a press release. In addition to the live performances on the main stage, festival participants will also be able to enjoy the music of DJ Westergren, DJ Elvira and DJ Jensen in the DrinkBaren and BeachBaren.

The latest trend must be included

– New this year is SilentDisco, which is the latest trend in festival and nightlife culture, where three DJs compete for the audience’s favor by producing the hottest beats, says Johansen and warns that Fjordfesten 2024 is on track.

Ticket prices will soon increase again, and the festival manager encourages everyone to buy their tickets before 31 May, to avoid a price increase and secure a place.

– We are very excited and can hardly wait to welcome thousands of festival-goers to Sandefjord, she says.
