Oslo: – Hit and beaten:

--

The police have more patrols in Fagerheimgata/Vossegata after a violent incident, they say on Twitter/X.

In an update, the police write that there are many indications that the collision was an intentional act.

– A person is said to have been hit by a car and then probably beaten and kicked several times. We are looking for a car that drove away from the scene, the police write.

The police inform the press that they are looking for a black BMW in the 730 series that has fled the scene.

At 00.10, operations manager Gjermund Stokkli informs Dagbladet that the car has now been found in the local area. The search is still on for one or more perpetrators.

Operations leader Torgeir Brenden tells Dagbladet that they received several emergency calls in relation to a violent incident at the site. There are several people involved, and it appears that one has been hit by a car.

– One person has been taken to hospital with unexplained injuries, says Brenden.

As of now, the police have little information about the cause and course of events, but the police inform Dagbladet that they believe there is a relationship between the injured and the perpetrators.

– We think there have been at least two, but possibly more, in the car, says Stokkli to Dagbladet.
