The parties agreed to adjust the annual salary in full-time positions by NOK 23,539 with effect from 1 April. This amount includes all central supplements. Evening and night supplements are increased from NOK 75 per hour to NOK 100 per hour. The minimum wage rates are regulated in accordance with the general supplements that were agreed in 2023 and 2024.

In addition, the parties agree on the following:

• As far as possible in relation to operations, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve must be given off. If there is a need to work on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, it is limited to 3 p.m.

• Wednesday before Maundy Thursday, working hours end at 4 p.m.

• Paid leave is granted for necessary health care and follow-up of children up to and including the year the child turns 12.

• New point about life phase policy. Current measures can include a life-phase perspective in career planning and competence development, arrangement of work tasks, adapted working hours, retreat position, reduced uncomfortable working hours.

• New point about competence plans. Competence plans must be drawn up for all employees in the business. It can be assessed whether the measure has consequences for the employee’s salary position.

• The state settlement collapsed. Now there will be mediation in May

– It is important to also think about the text of our collective agreement, so I think that several of the requirements helped to further strengthen the collective agreement, which could lead to a better working day for several of my members. In particular, I am thinking of a more pointed life-phase policy and the preparation of various competence plans, says chief union representative Merethe Brodersen.
