The project in question is the development plans on the south side.

Young people’s participation

The municipality wants good participation from young people in the planning work. The municipality really wants young people to say what they think and how they want the south side to be in the future.

Therefore, various meetings are invited this month. There will be several participation meetings for others after that, and the aim is to have the plan presented for the first political consideration at the end of the year.

It starts with young adults on April 5. On 10 April, it applies to the secondary schools during the leisure fair, and the student councils at the primary schools will have their say in Halden Arena on 16 and 17 April.

Unceremonious

Halden municipality has got the students Helene Medlien and Alinde Lundseie to lead the event.

Martin Fredheim runs the quiz.

The municipality’s Erik Vitanza and Jan-Rune Nilsen will be present and listen to what is said.

Input from this evening will be included in the further work on the plan.

Both the mayor and deputy mayor come to Byparken to get the summary.
