At Sarpsborg cinema, it is ready for premieres of the horror film “The First Omen” and the thriller “Monkey Man”. “The First Omen” takes viewers back to the forefront of the classic “The Omen” films, as Dev Patel (Lion, Slumdog Millionaire) makes his directorial debut with the action-packed revenge tale “Monkey Man”, set in Mumbai.
3 to 7 April, Soli Brug: Hardly any other Norwegian artist has decorated as many public and private buildings as Odd Tandberg, who would have turned 100 on 16 April. Now the artist is being celebrated with his own jubilee exhibition at Soli Brug from 2 March to 7 April. In addition, works by Bjørn Smith-Hald (1883–1964) – painting and mixed media, Borghild Thyri – painting and Per Ove Sødal – painting and graphics are shown.

April 3, Tune vicarage: Lecture on Hans Nielsen Hauge. We want a commemoration of the 200th anniversary of his death, which was 29 March 1824. Since 29 March this year is Good Friday, this will be marked on Wednesday 3 April. On the said evening, we take a trip back in time, in what Alv Magnus in 19th-century clothing imagines Hauge, who tells from “his story”. Terje Berg, who is a Tunegut himself, says a little about Hauge and his relationship with parish priest Gerhard Seeberg and how this was precisely here at the rectory in the 1790s. Berg will also play classical piano and improvise well-known hymns. At 19:00.
