The lawyers received criticism from their employer for a city trip at night.

Dagens Næringsliv writes that four lawyers, two from LO and two from NHO, went to town together after a trial in December last year. The lawyers stood on opposite sides in a case that took place in Oslo.
Sometime after midnight they must have gone to a strip club together. This is confirmed by the communications departments in LO and NHO to DN.
Only one of the lawyers has commented on the case to the newspaper. The lawyer writes that it happened “after work, at midnight, and in other words took place privately in my spare time”.
Information manager Trond Gram at LO informs DN that a meeting was called with the lawyers when the case became known to their department head.
– There it was clearly expressed that this is unacceptable and not in line with LO’s values, he says.
The NHO also expresses that this is “not good”. It has been raised with those involved, who have received “clear feedback”, according to Nina Kraugerud Ertzaas, area director for communications.
DN has asked the two press contacts why it became a personnel matter when the visit was made during free time.
Gram in LO does not answer the question, but emphasizes that the case had no further consequences beyond the conversation where the lawyers were told that this was unacceptable.
Ertzaas in NHO does not answer the question.
