Petter Stordalen tops Swedish fashion ranking

Petter Stordalen (61) is not only known as a hotel king, but also as a fashion king.

In 2017, Stordalen was named “Best Dressed Man of the Year” by Jan Thomas during Se og Hørs Kjendisgala, and then he revealed that he has no limitations in terms of fashion.

Now his style is praised by the magazine Café, which is Sweden’s largest fashion magazine for men.

“Congratulations Petter Stordalen, one of Sweden’s 50 best-dressed men 2024!”, boasts the magazine on Instagram along with a photo of the well-dressed 61-year-old.

According to the website, Café’s best dressed man has been awarded for over 30 years, and it is Sweden’s first and only internationally established award in men’s fashion and style.

– This is very nice, says Petter to Se og Hør.

Paying tribute to the girlfriend

He himself has also shared the news with his followers on the story function on Instagram.

“One of Sweden’s 50 best dressed according to @cafemagazine – great status”, he writes along with the post.

Varied and exciting style

When Stordalen was named “Best Dressed Man of the Year” in 2017, he said the following to Se og Hør:

– It is a fantastic honour. It’s no secret that I’m very interested in clothes and fashion. I try to follow along a bit. But I have my style. And it probably bears a bit of the mark that I come from Porsgrunn, he admitted with a grin and continued:

– Actually, I have no limitations. I have worn different variations of skirts a couple of times. I think that the androgynous clothing style, which combines the masculine and the feminine, is fun and exciting. I want everyone to wear what they feel comfortable in.

Petter Stordalen also won the award for “Best Dressed Man of the Year” in 2012.
