Of course, producing Call of Duty is an extremely lucrative job, as Activision veteran Dave Anthony can attest to, as he plans to move from Bel Air, LA and sell his mega-house for $27 million. Anthony reportedly bought the house for $3.5 million in 2010, and thanks to several remodels and upgrades, he’s now selling it for around nine times its original price.
Anthony produced five best-selling Call of Duty games during his Activision career and also wrote the screenplay and came up with the idea for Black Ops. According to unconfirmed reports, Anthony’s bonus deal is said to have made him an overnight multi-millionaire due to the success of Black Ops.
If you have $27 million to spare and want to live in Anthony’s mansion, you can place a bid here :
“The home spans 9,000 square feet and sits on approximately 0.7 acres in the upscale neighborhood of Bel Air. It is a three-story, seven-bedroom home in white brick and limestone, with hardwood floors featuring wood shipped over from Germany’s Black Forest. The home has also a soundproof office that has a room hidden behind a bookcase.”
