A new Premier League match is approaching for Liverpool, and on Thursday night it is table jumbo Sheffield United who await at Anfield.
At 14.30 we may get an update on the injury situation from the Liverpool coach. Curtis Jones should be ready, but is there anyone else who could also be involved?
Klopp is likely to be asked more questions about the title race as well. The Reds are favorites to take the title before both Manchester City and Arsenal are in action tonight.
The injury situation
– Curtis (Jones) is back and ready for the Sheffield United game. The other boys are doing well too.
– Diogo (Jota) and Trent (Alexander-Arnold) are training together in a group, so it looks like they can hopefully return partially to team training next week.
– Ali (Alisson) also looks good. He will also take part in training next week.
The match program ahead
– Thursday-Sunday, Thursday-Sunday, Wednesday-Saturday. It’s the next few games so we need everyone back as soon as possible.
– In an ideal world, we would have everyone available, but that is not possible. It will be a tough period, but also exciting, so we are looking forward to it.

– I rarely let the opportunity to praise Caoimhin pass me by. If Alisson had been injured more often and for longer, he would have had more opportunities like now.
– What about Trent? Then Conor Bradley entered. Both left backs out, then Joe Gomez came on. These boys have handled this situation very, very well.
– It is also special that all the boys are out for so long. We can’t plan for it, we can only hope. Regardless, it has been an outstanding season and we wouldn’t have been there without Kelleher.
Luis Diaz’s hard work
– Defensively, it’s always about how hard the offensive players work back. If they don’t, we’re seven defenders all the time. It is very challenging.

Joel Matip’s long-term injury
