Timberwolves vs Cavs preview: tickets, TV channel, radio, injury report, start time

The Minnesota Timberwolves will look to pick up a win at home when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday.

Minnesota is coming off a 115-112 home loss to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday.

The Wolves are third in the West with a record of 47-22 and are 23-9 at home this season. The Wolves are 5-5 in their last 10 games and continue to have the best defense in the league (108.4 defensive rating).

This will be the second and final matchup of the season between Minnesota and Cleveland. The Cavs lead the season series 1-0, winning 113-104 on March 8 in Cleveland.

Taking place at Target Center in downtown Minneapolis, Wolves vs. Cavs will be broadcast live on Bally Sports North at 7 PM on Friday, March 22. Play-by-play announcer Michael Grady and color analyst Jim Peterson will be calling the game for Bally Sports North. The game will also be broadcast nationally on NBA TV.

The Wolves will be wearing their lake life-themed City Edition uniforms and playing on the matching City Edition court against the Cavs. Cleveland will be playing in their white Association Edition uniforms.

Third in the East, the Cavs are 43-26 overall and 21-12 on the road this season. Cleveland is 4-6 in their last 10 games.

The Cavs are fourth in the league on defense (111.0 defensive rating) and are 17th on offense (115.1 offensive rating).
