– This is linked to a video that is spreading quickly on the Internet, in which an attack against these health institutions is predicted, say the authorities in the Ukrainian capital.

In the video, it is suggested that there are military personnel in the hospital, a claim the authorities in Kyiv reject as “completely false and a provocation by the enemy”. They accuse Russia of spreading false excuses to justify a possible attack on health facilities.

One of the hospitals being evacuated is a children’s hospital in the north of the city.
