This is the iPhone 16 series – ITavisen

--

Mobile leaker Sony Dickson has leaked proper dummy units of the entire iPhone 16 series.

iPhone 16 Pro Max gets a giga screen – can also be a winner

This year’s models consist of the 6.9″ iPhone 16 Pro Max, 6.3″ iPhone 16 Pro, 6.1″ iPhone 16 and 6.7″ iPhone 16 Plus. The first thing one notices is a vertical two-camera setup for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus – it prompted one X commenter to point out that “Apple needs to stop copying Samsung:”

It is rumored that the iPhone 16 Plus will have a smaller battery than before.

The Pro models can get something unique

Last year the focus was on A17 Pro GPU power, this year the focus will probably be AI. It has already been revealed that the iPad Pro OLED will be the big AI launch for Apple with the M4 chip. The new boards will be launched on May 7, but we won’t know what AI will be capable of in the company’s ecosystem until they reveal iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 on June 10, with subsequent beta testing and launch in September.

It is also expected that all models will be equipped with an action button and the new and dedicated camera button, but it is possible that only the two Pro models will have pressure-sensitive buttons:

“And that is exactly what the “Economic Daily News” reports, not that something might happen. According to the Chinese newspaper, Apple has bulk-ordered a large number of touch-sensitive buttons from a manufacturer in Taiwan, “ASE Investment Holdings.” This makes sense for two reasons: it is rumored, including from technical drawings, that Apple will equip the iPhone 16, i.e. not the Pro models, with both an action button and a new camera button – but then what remains for the Pro models for to defend the award? Pressure-sensitive touch buttons that make one or more of the buttons multi-functional!,” we reported on April 22.
