– I was so sad. I hope I will never be as sad again as I was then.

In a new episode of the podcast “Ida with the heart in the hand” with Ida Fladen on Podme, TV profile Line Andersen opens up about the breakup with her former partner.

The two went their separate ways three years ago.

– It was a 20-year long cohabitation relationship which, for me, was exceptionally safe. With only positive signs. I didn’t think that it could ever end, she says in the podcast episode.

The former sports reporter, who is now currently a “Game” participant, says that there were ups and downs in the relationship, but that she imagined that the relationship would last a lifetime.

But then there was an end between them. At the time, she was also in the middle of a much-discussed labor dispute with NRK.

She says that the breakup came as a shock and that she mourned for a year afterwards.

– I think I lost 20 kg in four months, she says and says that she did not feel well during that period.

– I’m a little in love

To Fladen’s question whether Andersen is dating someone now, she replies:

What is dating? I rarely sit with a glass of wine on a rooftop bar somewhere.

– But you don’t live in celibacy, do you? asks Fladen.

– No I do not. And I’ve been in love. I have been, and am.

– Are you in love?

– Yes, maybe a little. But that doesn’t mean I’m in a relationship or will be. But I’m actually a bit in love.

She says in the podcast that she likes men who can offer something fun. Fladen then asks if there is someone who can offer something fun.

– Can offer communication. I love people who can hold a conversation, answers Andersen.

– The man you are dating now, if it were to develop, are you open to a boyfriend now? asks Fladen.

– I don’t think so, says Andersen and adds that there is “more work to be done on that girl here”.

VG has been in contact with Andersen, who does not wish to comment further on the man she is dating.

For the record: Like VG, Podme is a Schibsted company.
