SENT E-MAILS TO EMPLOYEES:

Sir Jim Ratcliffe served clear words for the money in a scathing email to United employees.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe bought into the club on the eve of 2023, and in just over four months he has made major changes in management. There is no doubt that the billionaire wants to raise the standard of most things at United, and it is not just about replacing people in the top management.

Now the 71-year-old is said to have sent an e-mail to all employees at Manchester United in which he describes the sight that met him at Old Trafford and the Carrington training ground.

“Culture change? This is more like a revolution!”

In the e-mail to which The Athletic is said to have gained access, the IT department and the changing rooms of the academy teams in particular are reviewed for having been messy.

– A shame, is the expression Ratcliffe uses in the e-mail and he asks the employees at the club to raise the standard. In the email, Ratcliffe is clear that it is unacceptable for a top club not to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and order.

The Athletic writes that several employees are said to have been shocked by Ratcliffe’s email, while others welcome the new tones from Ratcliffe and believe it is high time it was cleaned up.

Earlier this week, several people were also surprised when, during a meeting, he came up with the decision that the employees can no longer use home offices.
