The women’s ski flying training in Vikersund was scheduled to start at 10 o’clock on Friday morning, but has been postponed until Saturday due to massive snowfall.

The Norwegian Ski Association confirms this to NTB.

Of the Norwegian women, Anna Odine Strøm, Silje Opseth and Maren Lundby are qualified for the ski flying race. Only the top 15 in the Raw Air summary will take part in Sunday’s historic race, where the women will compete in the world’s largest ski jump for the first time.

The jury will also decide on the men’s qualification later on Friday, which is scheduled to be held from 5.00 p.m.
