Windows 11 is not a disaster launch on the same level as Me and Vista, but Windows 10 is still clearly the largest in terms of market share and 11 is not even faster than the previous OS from 2015. There have also been many printer problems and deterioration gaming performance, not to mention TPM 2.0 which restricted machines with good enough performance from running the OS.

So what can a poor Windows customer do, because the OS is paid for either at PC purchase or directly to Microsoft afterwards, do?
