Saturday was the finale of the reality concept “Kompani Lauritzen”.

Last year, 827,000 watched the final either linearly or on TV 2 Play, according to Kampanje. This year, so far, there are 623,000.

This is a decrease of 204,000.

On average, the episodes have 910,000 viewers. Six episodes have over a million viewers so far.

Program editor at TV 2, Trygve Rønningen, is not worried, however.

– There will not be such a decline when we summarize in a few days, he says to VG.

Rønningen explains that Norwegians see programs in a completely different way than in the past.

– There has been a huge change in viewing habits from last year. Therefore, those numbers will increase with each passing hour.

He believes the viewing figures will be more real at the end of the week.

– The average for Kompani Lauritzen was over a million last year, and I think it will be this year as well. So when we make up the final figures, I don’t think there will be any decline.

On the same evening as the “Company” final, “Gullruten 2024” was broadcast on TV 2. 324,000 watched that broadcast.

“The game” has been a viewer success and this weekend won a Gullrute for “best competition-driven reality”. 654,000 watched the weekend’s semi-final.
