Christian Ingebrigtsen has become a father: – The luck is great

Pop star Christian Ingebrigtsen (46) and fiancee Martine Dønheim (31) have had their first child.

– Last night we became parents to the world’s most beautiful little girl, writes Ingebrigtsen in a text message to VG.

– The happiness is great, and things are going well with our whole little, new family, he adds.

Both Christian Ingebrigtsen and Martine Dønheim have shared the photo on Instagram.

The couple informed the public in September last year that a toddler was on the way.

«Today we celebrate 10 wonderful years together. Filled with love and joy to be able to say that next year we will be a family of 3», Dønheim wrote on Instagram.

At the same time, Ingebrigtsen could inform VG that they had an appointment at the beginning of April. Then they didn’t even know if it was a boy or a girl in the womb.

– I notice that just knowing that we will soon become a small family does something to life, said Ingebrigtsen.

Ingebrigtsen and the Ålesund woman got engaged in the summer of 2021, after having been lovers since 2012.

Marriage soon

Ingebrigtsen revealed to VG last autumn that they are planning a wedding in 2023.

In January last year, the pop artist took part in the Melodi Grand Prix with a song dedicated precisely to her fiancé, “Wonder Of The World”.

However, Ingebrigtsen and all the others were beaten by Subwoolfer, which it was only recently confirmed consists of Ingebrigtsen’s A1 colleague Ben Adams (and Gaute Ormåsen).

Ingebrigtsen is currently active with completely different music, namely a hymn entitled “In Your Name”. The A1 star has written hymns before, but this is the first time he has released one himself.
