Allstar Padel AS, which has operated three padel centers in Bergen, Ski and Oslo, has been declared bankrupt
This is reported by Bergens Tidende.
– It is very sad. I do not know what to do. I can’t imagine doing anything else, says Tora Marie Lie to the newspaper.
Since last autumn, she has been hall manager at the center in Bergen, PDL Center Bergen.
Eight months later, it is the end for her and 39 other employees at the three centres.

She says that they have fought hard to survive, and made several moves locally, but that in the end they had to throw in the towel.
Property manager Viggo Scherger says that they will try to transfer the businesses to new buyers. Several potential buyers have already signed up, he tells BT.
– We will see if we manage to find buyers for all three locations, or if someone only wants to buy some of them. We don’t know that yet.

Allstar Padel AS was previously owned by Pdl Norway, but they were declared bankrupt last summer with over 80 million in debt, according to Dagens Næringsliv.
Dan Spinelli is head of communications at PDL United, which is the Swedish part of the business.
He tells BA that they are disappointed and sorry that the Norwegian centers are now bankrupt.
– There was no other way out. We have tried to do everything we can to move on, but unfortunately it didn’t work. We have had wonderful employees in Norway who have done a great job. They couldn’t do anything different. We love padel and it hurts to close down in Norway, says Spinelli.
